200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified VINYASA Yoga Teacher Training at the Village Above The Clouds with famous teacher Dominique Renucci, + 40 years yoga experience.
January 14, 2016 - February 12, 2016
Whether you want to deepen your practice, understand how yoga can play a deeper role in your life or go on to teach yoga, this will be a life-changing journey. Complete your Yoga Teacher Training certification with 30 transformational days/29 nights (25 days of studies and 4 days-off).
This 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited training and internationally recognized offers students a deep exploration of the ancient art and tradition of Hatha-Yoga.
Dominique Renucci, ERYT-500, has devoted herself to the study of Yoga and teaches since 1975. She started studying philosophy as a teenager, she loves all aspects of yoga, and can teach all of them. She has been practicing Iyengar-yoga and Ashtanga for years. Today she teaches and practices Vinyasa-yoga. Dominique emphasizes on mindfulness, with fluidity and athleticism and also with the detailed knowledge and precision of Iyengar-style into an integrated style. She complements the knowledge of Yoga with a practical understanding of four distinct sciences of the body: Western anatomy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Shiatsu & Indian Ayurveda.
She has developed her own Vinyasa stylebased on Krishnamacharya's method (not system), and integrating interesting elements from any other schools that can enhance the practice and teaching. She does not follow any 'system' in order to remain open and free. Vinyasa-style is the art of sequencing, like a ballet it has choreography. She remains faithful to the ancient teachings of Yoga and do not try to “reinvent” Yoga.
The yoga, Dominique teaches is very dynamic, perhaps even more than ashtanga... just that instead of repeating the same sequence daily, she changes every time in order to work the full range of muscles, joints, and levels of awareness. Dynamic, certainly!
Faithful to the tradition of Hatha-Yoga, Dominique believes that it is one of the paths to the only goal of Yoga: liberation.Yoga is a lifestyle and a sacred path, she combines it to the Dzogchen teaching received from Choegyal Namkhai Norbu.
Dominique is constantly studying and all her teachings constantly evolve with her studies in order to create one of the most comprehensive and valuable yoga teacher’s training found anywhere.
