AYM (Association for Yoga and Meditation) Yoga school in Rishikesh offers Yoga teacher training course in India – RYS 200 & RYS 300 and 500-hour Hatha yoga instructor certification programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced level yoga practitioners from around the world is certified by Yoga Alliance USA.

Students are exposed to different aspects of yoga – both theoretical and practical – including asana, meditation, pranayama, and study of spiritual texts, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, kriya and mudra etc.
